Why I made Famora
Because we are busy. Maybe you are too. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed in the US, where life moves fast and everybody is always going. Between work, school, practice and dinner, the days fill up before we notice.
Where the name comes from
Famora is two ideas folded into one word. Fam, for family. And ora, from the Spanish word hora, which means hour. Put them together and you get family time.
Run the home like a business
We wanted to manage our home the way you would manage a business, with a plan, clear jobs and fewer surprises. Not to be stiff about it. To free up time. Because spending time with the people we love is where real life begins.
